David A. Denoyer - CEO/President. David has
resided in Cincinnati since 1975. He graduated from Princeton
High School in 1984. In 1988 David graduated from Miami
University, with a BS in Business Administration. He now
lives in Kenwood,Ohio, with his wife Theresa and their three
children.
David began his insurance career in 1988 as an underwriter
at Cincinnati Insurance Company. In 1989 he received his
property and casualty insurance license. In 1990 David developed
and headed a property and casualty division for a local
life and health insurance agency and in 2001 he founded
Denoyer Group, Inc.
David is a member of the Professional Insurance Association
and a member of the Cincinnati Insurance Board. His experience
and knowledge are a true asset to all clientele.
Theresa B. Denoyer - CFO/Vice
President.
Theresa is a Cincinnati native. She graduated from Seton
High School in 1985 and began her insurance career in 1986
working at a locally owned property and casualty insurance
agency. Her last position held was as new business manager
at Great American Life Insurance Co.
Theresa now handles accounting and benefits for Denoyer
Group.
Richard A.
Denoyer, PhD - Director
of Life & Health Division.
Dick has resided in Cincinnati with his wife, Patricia,
since 1975. You may recognize his name as he was Superintendent
of the Princeton City School District for 21 years and
has held numerous Board positions in the Greater Cincinnati
area.
Dick earned
his health and life license in December 2002 and joined
the agency in January 2003. He brings with him over 45
years of real life experience.

Carol E. Schwalbe, SPHR - EVP / Group Benefits. Carol joined the agency in 2005. She has 20 years of industry experience and shares our customer focused business philosophy, as well as our penchant for creative solutions to client problems.
Carol has held sales positions with Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Sentara Health System in Norfolk, VA, ChoiceCare and Horan Associates.
She has also held executive human resources positions with the Ohio Heart Health Center and St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
